Pro Podcast Mastering

Send the raw file.
Get back a finished show.

A standing monthly service for podcast hosts who already record their own show but want it cleaned up and mastered by a professional, every single time, with no long onboarding and no waiting period.

This is an AUDIO ONLY service. Video work is considered on request, priced separately.

Every episode, every package, gets the full treatment
Background noise removal
Breath and mouth sound cleanup
Level balancing, so nobody is too loud or too quiet
EQ tuned to your specific voice
Intro, outro, and ad break placement
Delivery in the format your podcast host needs

We work with what you send us. A cleanly recorded voice on a decent mic can come back sounding excellent. A recording made on a laptop webcam in a noisy room has limits no amount of editing can fully undo. We'll always make it as clean as it can be, but we can't promise studio quality out of source audio that wasn't captured that way.

Flat monthly packages, plus a one-time $25 setup fee. No contract.

Queue is now open at introductory pricing. Lock in $99/month today and keep that rate for life, even as pricing changes for new signups later.

Frequently Asked
How does the Queue package work?

Queue is unlimited submissions for a flat $99 a month. Send as many episodes as you want, up to 60 minutes each. We work through them one at a time, in the order they arrive, across our full production queue, not a queue reserved just for you. Biweekly and Weekly packages take priority in that queue, since guaranteed turnaround is part of what those packages pay for. There's no fixed number of episodes per month on Queue, how quickly yours moves through depends entirely on everything ahead of it in the queue. If you need something back by a specific date, Biweekly or Weekly are built for that instead. This is introductory pricing for early adopters. Lock in this rate now and keep it for as long as you stay subscribed, even as pricing changes for new signups later.

What happens if I skip a week or don't use all my episodes?

For Biweekly and Weekly, your package covers a reserved spot on the schedule each month, not individual files. If you send fewer episodes than your package covers, the unused episodes don't roll over and there's no partial refund. That reserved spot is what keeps turnaround fast for the episodes you do send. Queue works differently since there's no reserved slot to begin with, see the question above for how that one works.

What if my episode runs longer than the package length?

Anything over 60 minutes, or more episodes than your package covers in a month, gets a simple custom quote before any work starts. No surprise charges.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

There's a one-time $25 setup fee on any package, no matter which tier. After that, no contract. Packages are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.

How do I send you files?

You get a shared Dropbox folder with a "To Be Edited" folder and a "Completed" folder. Drop your raw file in, and your finished episode shows up in Completed. Quick updates happen over email or Telegram, whichever you prefer.

Do you use AI tools to do this?

AI cleanup tools apply the same generic process to every voice. What you get here is a professional audio engineer with over 30 years of broadcast and voice production experience tuning the mastering to your specific voice and show, episode after episode.

Can you make any recording sound perfect?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. The quality of what comes back depends heavily on the quality of what you send. Background hiss, room echo, or a low quality microphone all set a ceiling on how clean the final episode can be. We will always improve it and get it as close to professional as the source allows, but we cannot manufacture clarity that was never captured. If your setup is holding your show back, reach out and we can talk through it.

Do you work on video too?

This service is built for audio podcasts. If your show is video as well, we can talk about it, but video work is priced and scheduled separately on a case by case basis since it takes a different process than audio mastering.
